they have formula that has cereal already mixed in that is made especially for babies with reflux. that would be a better option than putting cereal in her bottle.

then she might just be overly full? Your pedi would know.

We knew around 4 weeks that she had it bc she was so fussy and cried every time after eating up until her next feeding and would pull her knees up like her tummy hurt.

They put the baby on Zantac for AR.... Prevacid if the Zantac doesn't work.
Pedi's will say that cereal is the only exception when it comes to AR for under 4 months, however, your LO may be old enough to eat from the spoon (initially not as much as when you put it in the bottle, as they take a little time to adjust to eating).

They thought my son had AR but turned out it was the formula, confirmed it definitely wasn't AR through an upper GI.....

So since you are giving your LO solids, try a new formula.... soy, if not.... Similac Alimentum (what my son took) or Enfamil Nutramigen. If not, ask your pedi for the next well visit about AR

may be lactoseintolerant or whatever!! both my sisters sons are. they can't take certain formula. well the 2 year old can't drink whole milk really anymore cause it upsets his belly but when he was lil he had to be on special formula. & the new baby is the same way. they had to change him to that formula because he wouldn't keep anything down really. now hes a lil piggggg!
