questions and no answers

so as you all know ariannas neurologist appt was tuesday...well after that the doc admitted her to the hospital to get and EEG and a MRI done to see whats going on..and well the EEG showed that the has abnormal brain waves and she doesnt have seizures but has lil episodes that look like them...she is highly prone to them and mite develop them in the future. the MRI showed that she does not need surgery and that her skull is not fusing (sp) together to cause her brain not to grow its just not growing normally...they said she wont be normal and i kind of already knew that i mean she is 8 months not crawling sitting up or rollin over she can barley hold her head up...nothing seems to make sense i had a healthy preg except my amniotic fluid being low towards the end...i dont understand how someone who can drink through the whole preg or do drugs and there child is perfectly fine...i did everything went tomy doc appts took my vitamins ate how i was suppose to and all this is happening to my angel! i dont think its fair and i cant so anything about it...the doctors have no idea whats goin on. =[[

I'm sorry momma. Some things aren't fair.. and I don't understand it either. Your daughter is beautiful..and God has a big plan for her. Don't convince yourself otherwise.

your sweet little girl is in my thoughts and prayers... My friends son went through what your daughter is going through.. he was finally diagnosed with Cerbral Palsay ( sp?)... have they looked into that with your daughter? I think he was around a year old when they finally diagnosed him

I'm sorry, was she early? Your page said 3lbs or something didn't it? Maybe what ever caused that is causing this?

If they are just episodes, and not sezuires, why will they make her "not normal"?

im so sry to hear that mama she is beautiful and things like this are never fair im wondering the same things myself im currently worried my son may be autistic i have to set him an appt tom. im wondering though when should babies begin to walk? my sons 13 months and not walking i'll keep u in my prayers tho mama and hopefully things get better for you

Im sorry to hear the bad news concerning your daughter. Its hard not to get angry at how life works, and to questions why me?! Just remember, the earlier they diagnose her with something the sooner you can start on therapy for her. Stay strong and remember to fight for her and with her.

no they havent but ill tell them to look into that another things i saw on mystery diagnosis was something called angelmann syndrome she has alot of those symptoms as well

she was born at 34 wks...they said her brain waves are abnormal and will be bc of her head size but they dont know what the cause is

Don't feel bad about your son not walking at 13 months...My daughter just started wobbling around and my neighbors two daughters both didn't start walking until after 18 months!!

Sorry to hear about your daughter hun, just keep your head up and just know that God has something in store for her.
