just smaller portions and no crap lol, I used to eat alot of crap I know that but I was shocked at how much lol, I was seriously shocked when I weighed myself yesterday! Thanks   x

I;d have your thyroid re-checked

I would keep getting blood work done. My sister is only 19 but has had this problem for a long time too. Her doctors have always said it was a metabolism thing and they couldn't do anything but in September they finally found she has a bad thyroid thing going and she's going back for more tests. One test said hypothyroid, another said hyperthyroid so who knows... But you're not alone! Get re-checked!
