weight loss journal

Does anyone keep a weight loss journal??? I had one before I got pregnant and now im going to start using it again to help me keep track of my intake and my exercise so I can get back to a healthy weight. I use xanga.com bc none of my real life friends use that site and I use it to also put out my private feelings that I dont want my friends to see.

omg xanga is still around?

I keep one.. but in a notebook. I don't know how I feel about an online one..

I like the support I can get from strangers. I tried doing it private in a notebook, but i didnt stick to it. but online I do bc i like the feedback

I dont have a xanga, I use another website and have been for years. I love all the support I get from everyone that reads me there. This probably sounds stupid but I really consider some of them real friends since we've been talking for so long.

I have a weight loss journal. It's an actual journal, but for support I come on BG. Find a support thread here. Mamas here have helped me so much, and I just started 2 weeks ago.
