yep there are pics of me in here, I don't remember what page, I have cut out all the junk I eat, like chocolate, takeaways etc and am switching it for grilled chicken and veg, fish and veg, I am going to buy a few weight watchers meals. But I can't do that till tues

I hit the gym for the first time tonight and I LOVED it! I felt so good afterwards. I did about 3 1/2 miles and burned almost 600 calories   I am really comfortable there to. Their biggest policy is that it is judgement free...there is even a bell you can ring called the LUNK alarm if someone is being "judgemental" or rude or making any comments to you. It was also nice to see rail thin girls walking around with sweat stains down their shirts. It made me feel like less of a sweaty cow. I really think I will be going everyday...well as long as I have a sitter.

I would LOVE to join the gym, we are broke ATM so that isn't an option, suppose if I eat less I will save more food

If you're not interested in doing a particular diet (which I don't believe in anyway) or tracking your nutrition, then the best advice I can give is to just eat real food, ie. meat, fruits, veggies and lowfat dairy, and avoid processed crap.

I would love to belong to a gym! I went on a visitors pass earlier this week and then talked to a lady about joining but it would be $54 a month! I can't afford that right now! So no gym for me

Yeah, its insane. I looked into the Y and its freaking $50 a month!

this last 15lbs is so hard to lose

i was 260 in high school got down to 140 then got pregnant went back up to 214 i was down to 165 by 3 months pp and the other 10 fell off after i stop bf but this last 15lbs is killer

Im working out more and eatting very healthy
