people are lazy.. and just want it the easy way (not gonna lie.. I've felt like that lol)
they need to remember it took us months to gain the weight.. its going to take time to lose it (for most of us anyway)..

apparently not, because i guess the body detects the hormone and automatically think you need nutrition for 2 and kicks your metabolism into high gear at least that's what i heard. don't know how correct it is.

lmaoff i do that too...my sister would wake up in the morning and serve herself a bowl and the only thing left would be the oats lmaoff she would get so pissed .

I was bad...I didn't go running today because it was raining!

omg i did horribly today. my LO is going through something and was super clingy so didnt have time to cook anything. i snacked on shitty foods and lots of it.

tomorrow is another day though

I suck girls, I haven't been doing my walking, it is constantly raining here, not just showers but full on raining  

So I am letting everyone know, my daughter broke my scale last night so I am going to get a new one before weigh in this week but just in case I dont!

I was bad today but I am hoping that I made up for it in walking around a lot today!
We are looking at houses in the morning! Wish us luck...they didn't accept our offer on the last house

YAY! You are so lucky I want a gym mebmber! I triesd the ones around here and its $35 start up fee and then $53 a month after that! I was pissed because I can't afford that!

our money is like say our £15 induction would be like $24 and the £2.50 pay as you go would be like $4.15 it KICKED MY ASS! lol I spent about 2 hrs on the cross trainer, rowing maching, ab cruncher and treadmill, oh and the leg weight bench press then walked the mile home lol I am pooped out!

I barely drank any water yesterday and man does it show! Today I am attempting to have a very low carb day.

Does anyone in here do the low carb diet? I could never do no carbs, but I am looking at how many carbs I eat and its crazy!!! What do you eat/not eat?

I am trying toeat at least one meal a day without carbs.
