lol... I love step aerobics. I wish we had a gym near me that was cheap & offered day care, just for that purpose...

step aerobics is so good for you! No i dont have a DVD but if you find one that is good I would love to know

I decided to use my brain and went to the library! Found one!!!! And it's free for 21days. I pulled out my step and really want to do it tonight, but the issue is when. If Maddie goes straight down to sleep its about 7:30. If I start it right away I would be running into DH's show. And I don't want to wait until 9 to do it and then shower. But I will figure it out!

Its a designated everything area at this point. The old computer, DH's clothes, my desk piled with papers to file, scrapbooking sttuff I never use anymore, coffee table, etc etc.... But I can do it up there on nights he/we have shows to watch and then do it down here the other nights. Oh I am so excited! I love step aerobics! Off to get maddie to bed so i can do it!

I did it! Granted I am a little rusty and I couldnt catch all the steps at firs but it felt great! 30 mins! Woo hoo!
