7 month old solids question!

Hey girls! I have a question about my 7 month old.. He has been eating baby food for about 3 months now and I was wondering when I can move on to giving him unsweetened Cheerios and diced fruits (IE: Finger foods).. He doesnt have any teeth yet so I wasnt sure if it was safe. I am scared that he'll choke   Thanks for any opinions! Bless your little ones!

my daughter is a few days shy of 7 months and i started finger foods with her on monday. she has had small pieces of banana, those fruit puff gerber things, and baby mum mums. the first time she got the banana, she gagged a bit cuz she tried to swallow without chewing it at all, but now she has it down. and she has no teeth either.

as soon as he has teeth at least two on top and two on bottom now if its that fingure food that desloves like mums or puffs those are fine.

i made sure i had a cup of water next to me the first time i tried it with her, so if it seemed like something got stuck i could pour some water down her throat to wash it down. good luck!!
