Stationary bikes...

If I do it enough...will it help my belly out? Or am I going to have to do crunches and stuff for that? Like, when I lose the weight will my belly keep getting smaller? and the love handles?

Stationary bikes will not help you spot reduce...

You'll have to also do exercises that focus specifically on those areas.

I hope so! I really suck at crunches and shit. I think I do them wrong, lol. I am doing a 30 min kickboxing video too at night so maybe that will help some.

I just want the belly to go bye bye!

Hmm..I will find some videos that help with that area on Sparkpeople then. and start doing those too.

You may also want to look on YouTube for Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It's a great all-over workout, it's amazing.

20 minutes a day, no real equipment needed.

I will check that out too. I knew you had to buy it...wasn't sure if you could find it on youtube or not.

To tone different areas of the body you will need to do exercises that target what you want to change. Riding bikes, running, going for walks etc will help you slim down all over but you will get better results if you do some strength training also.

I have a bike and it hasn't helped my belly,But it has helped me loose weight.
If you have a hard time with crunches have you tried using an exercise ball ?
I was never able to do crunches until i got one, they are awesome.
