finance question

posted 21st Oct
I'm taking my last class for my associates degree and this class sucks. I'm having an issue figuring out some homework questions. I'm supposed to have a "business calculator". Where do i get one online? Also how do I figure out the IRR and NPV.   I am extremely confused... LOL thanks for trying to help.

I don't want to buy a calculator LOL. I graduate in 10 days and my bachelors degree has nothing to do with my associates.

lol our prof was too lazy to go into too much detail about it so we would do it in excel with formulas .. or use the online one...

Calculate the IRR and NPV of this project utilizing a 12% discount rate and a 15% cap rate. Ms. Brown
was able to secure a loan for $1,540,000, and an equity investor agreed to invest the remaining
$660,000 in exchange for 20% ownership in the project.

Thats the question. I'm like umm...I have no clue about this stuff.
