well, i was also under strict rules and supervision my whole life until i turned 18 and left. i was VERY sheltered. but i got all my partying out of my system w/in a year, got into an amazing relationship, and couldnt be happier that im pregnant. its what ive always wanted, to raise my own family. i know that once my baby is born and im done breastfeeding i can still drink occasionally, i mean i dont want to be getting shitfaced and puking everywhere anymore anyway.

Feels like your life is over already? If you feel that way while being pregnant.. wait until the baby comes.
Have you considered adoption?

I was kicked out after telling my parents I was pregnant. I had just graduated high school, and had no where to go. Now, a little over a year later... I have 2 jobs, my own apartment, a brand new car... everything I could ask for. It is difficult... you're going to miss out on things that you normally wouldn't have. But I promise you, the feeling of independence is awesome... and being a mommy is beyond rewarding!

Oh sorry, I didn't realize your LO was already born.
Maybe you have PPD? Have you talked to a dr about how you're feeling?

um, stop yelling at us in your OP?

being a mom is VERY rewarding. I'd trade every single party I went to before I had my son to get to relive every first in his life.

Wow... I didn't evenconsider that....I'll have to ask the doc next time I go...I guess I keep telling myself that I'm jus selfish but maybe it is PPD

I'm doing better!! Things are working themselves out slowly.... I'm learning to focus more on myself, and less on everyone else.. and it seems to be working!

Sounds like PPD to me. But dont feel bad, it happens to alot of ladies. Best thing to do is talk to your dr about it & get it cleared up with some meds. You'll feel so much better afterwards !
But also feeling like you have no time to yourself.. is a normal feeling when you're a new mother. It'll get better as your LO gets older & can play independently for a little bit.

I have PPD. I just got prescribed Wellbutrin for it. So far, so good! It's helped me stop smoking too
