How do you do that? I'd love to make one myself if it's possible. Do you have to pay for the software?

I use Photoshop and yes you have to pay for it but my SO pirated it for me

I hear of people using gimp, I've never personally tried it and I'm not sure how to get it but I think it's free.

Oh yea and you'll also need an animator, I use Jasc Animation Shop and that's free
