Propel Water.

Ok, let me start by saying, I know I shouldn't have.

But, while we were out walking, the baby started crying...and well, the only things we had to drink were Propel Water, or Dr. Pepper....and well, I know soft drinks are bad for you, so I figured well, Propel is vitamin water, vitamins couldn't hurt...

So, I grabbed her bottle, one that I had washed before we left the house, and poured 2-3 oz of Grape Propel Water in it, and gave it to her.

The only side effect is it gave her the hiccups, just like it does me.


BTW she's 8 months, 9 days.


It wouldn't hurt her would it?

IIt has aspartame/sucralose in it.
Which are both artificial sweeteners......

Artificial sweeteners are bad, but if it was just the one time, don't stress.

Why wouldn't you take a bottle with you just incase?

She will be ok.....I just wouldn't make it a habit  

because of the artificial sweetners, I wouldn't make it a habit, but it'll be ok

I don't take bottles on short walks unless I know it will be time for him to have one

If you haven't yet, I promise you it will happen, probably more than once.

Normally when we go walking, she goes to sleep....but this time she didn't....and usually she does have a bottle already made just in case, but I didn't see a point in making one this time because she usually is asleep...which means formula gets wasted and its just too expensive to be wasting...BD was saying it'd be bad because of the cirtic acid in it....BUT citric acid comes from citrus fruit...right? I wasn't stressing it, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't going to cause any problems like upset stomach....Hyper, we can deal with lol
