my fave is turkey and tomato sandwich (self explanitory).   You can do a grilled chicken salad, which you can just get the bagged lettuce, grill your chicken and top it with other veggies that you like. And that spritzer salad dressing is awesome!

no problem. I'm trying to think of other healthy foods. Oooh, Teriyaki and pinapple chicken over white rice. Just marinate your chicken in teriyaki and pinapple juice and cook it either on the grill or in the skillet and put it over top of a bed of white rice and that juice is awesome!!

look online for healthy recipes theres so many option you can do. you can bake sweet potatoes cut them into slices put a little olive oil and cinnamon on em there really good and healthy for you. you can eat sugar free chocolate pudding it taste really good, fiber one pancake mix for pancakes, you can eat that with some lite syrup and some fresh fruit, get you a blender so u can blend fresh fruit for smoothis, there good and healthy for ya. you can make syour own pizza, get whole wheat pizza dough, get alot of diff veggies, make it with smart choice pregoo sauce, its really good, whole grain bread with almond butter is good and good for you, steamed taliapia fish with lemon juice and some red pepper to taste, with fresh baked green beans with olive oil it taste really good that way try some fruit with that. idk lol there are so many diff choices. go onine and type in healthy recipes.
