You really need to add more fiber to your diet if you're that blocked up. Talk to your Doctor they can give you something that's safe to help you go right away, and you should also ask about stool softners so that it helps out in not getting so blocked up.

i have the same problem too,i can't go unless i take some meds,like suppository,mom and stool softener thenafter that i will have diarrhea for days thenback again 6 days w/o going.Its not fun at all after taking all those medications and my stomach is really hurting felt like rambling inside before they will come out.

Try yummy Sunkist prunes! They are sweet and non gross tasting. A handful and those bricks will be in the bowl!
