I use it! Deff worth the money. The days I don't take them I feel so groggy and lazy.

Well every one will be different, but I noticed the first week of taking it. I know, that was my problem to, I wanted to take diet pills or some thing along that line, and the GNC people told me to start off with vitamins first, and that's what they recommend.
