I'm not sure but I think I might be miscarrying, I've got all this pain in my pelvis and it hurts so bad. I feel sick and dunno what todo as I'm alone with my two kids.

you would have tons of pain and blood well at least i did anyway and it would start little and increase.

If youre not bleeding yet elevate your feet ASAP. That can prevent miscarriages. If only I'd known that before it was too late with my angel baby...

Can't get anyone to look after the kids for me
to go to the hospital or docs and I can't reach my SO so I'm panicing a bit. I'm not bleeding just feels like my insides and ripping apart.
