last 10 lbs! ugh.

i am 10 wks pp. i think pregnancy has changed my body to the point no matter how much weight i loose i still look thick. before pregnancy i was 125. however that wasnt my normal weight always, i was really depressed for months and didnt eat. but normally i was 135-140. so i would like to get back to 140. after the baby and the water weight, i was 158 so that is where i actually have to start loosing, trying actually, since it didnt come off naturally. the last month i have lost 8lbs, bringing me to 150 thru diet and excercise. however the last 3 weeks i cant seem to get over the threshold of 150. somedays i will weigh 149 and its like woo hoo! but then i'm right back to 150. i still cant fit into my old pants. i know my hips are definitely wider and weight has no bearingon that. my legs are thicker with muscle from carrying a huge belly. my stomach can stand to loose about 2 inches. but its not completely fatty just a little. i will keep trying, but i just wouldnt want to be more than a size 10. i guess i have to deal with this thicker new me.

its a sacrifice that you have to make . you should be proud of your body! it created life! your body became a temple that created a marvelous miracle for you to cherish for the rest of your life.sure u might b a little thicker but thats ok. wait til the baby starts crawling and you have to keep up with that. a bigger body isnt anything to cry about. you will loose the weight in time. stress over it and starve yourself and you will cause your own metabolism to slow down.
