BABY FATHER LOCKED UP

Ok so long story short, my BF is locked up & hasnt gotten sentenced yet but our daughter is coming soon [nov.12th] He is either going to
A)get bonded out so he can be there for the birth of his daughter--but if he gets senetenced HE'LL HAVE TO GO BACK!
--or--
B)Take a bid of 15 months- 9 of which he will be away!

Even though i will take our daughter with me to visit him, im still scared of how their relationship will be when he comes home to a 8 month old... he will have already missed so much... 

That sucks. Why is he in jail?

My Sons Dad left after he was 2 weeks old and never saw him again until he was 8 1/2 months. He went to Iraq though, so he never got any visits. They bonded just fine when he came home, until he started to spend more time with the computer than his Son.

Yes, but that is still really young.... bond may be a little longer to develop, however, he will be there to bond when she's older and she won't remember this....

What did he go in for?

this is hard my bd was locked up and on parole in ny when i was preggo he missed everythin except the birth its a lonely feeling =[ he just moved with us in september and my son and him are bonding now which is great but i felt like he missed so much in his first year.... something u can never get back u know....

he hit a crackhead in the head w/ a brick because the crackhead took money from him-- which was for our daughter... it was ALOT of $ too!

a gun charge-- somebody turned in a gun & said it was his
& then he bonded out on his court date

yup but hopefully that case will be dropped cuz in order for a case to proceed u have to show up 3x in a row... & i doubt a crackhead will do that!
