Theres a good chance my fiance' and bd will be locked up to but there is nothing we can do bout it

The best thing to is not get a bond and let him just sit in there for 15 months cause he will miss more of his child's life and he is going ot have to go back anyway. I going there the same situation. My Bd has in jailsince juneand they were to get him a bond but they always demied him.they just did his sentencing and he got 6 months in jail. Since he already did his 3 months and gets out in december. If he would have got a bond he would have had to go back and he would have stay in there longer. My BD was at the wrong place at the wrong time and he got 5 charges but they dropped it to 1 charge. He gets to get quicker then his 2 friends. Hisother friend stays in there for 12 months and the other stays in there for 3 years. All of them were facing 25 years but one of his friends really did the crime and that is way my BD did not get that much time cause he did not do anything.

He can take 15 months, but if could also possibly get out before then on good behavior. Just something to mention to him. My Sister had to serve 24 months, but only did 17.

Yea it would cause my BD has been in there since june. NOw he got 6 months as his sentencing. I fhe would have got a bond he would have to go back to jail and all the time he spent out of jail that will not be counted as part of the 6 months.

yeah-- its really hard cuz he wants to get out to see his daughter when she's born... but i guess thats just the tough decision we're gonna have to make. . .
