Wondfo Pregnancy Test

my cousin in law got some of these off eBay last week and finally got them today. well turns out shes pregnant with #2. YAY!! I was just looking at the other test she got (12 came) and on the pack it says in small wording, *for in-vitro diagnostic use* whats the different with these test then the ones you could buy at Wal-mart? can you test sooner or are they more sensitive?

They all say that, or should, because they use a controlled environment outside of the body to perform a medical diagnosis, ie pregnancy.
