Exercises that will make the jiggle go away ?

I am trying to lose some weight and so far ive lost 11 pounds.. i want to know what exercises i can to stop the jiggle in my arms. butt, thighs, and tummy..

Weight training.

And A LOT of cardio!

lifting weights.

bench press, bicep curls, squats, lunges.

and do crunches.

cardio and anything that will tone. yoga and pilates are easy and amazing!!

you have to work the fat off first and then build muscle. so cardio will get rid of it and then toning will make more for lean muscle then lifting will build bulk onto that.

Not if you can already lift 5 lbs.

Start with like a 7 and work your way up.

Youtube some work out videos.

lol, are you serious? lifting weights burns fat.

i have been doing weight lifting since I was 12 years old, and never have I seen someone fat get fatter by lifting, ha.
