well im 7 months pp and im still nowhere near where i want to be and im excersising and have 2 children to watch. if you want it to happen u have to find time

seriously, youve just had a baby 3 months ago!!! you cant just expect it to go back the way it was especially after a c-section
i had an emergency c-section as well, but you know what. . . nvm, my belly doesnt sag at all actually. Im just a freak of nature though

i never had a hanging belly so i cant help you out there
you are only 106, what you need to do is tone up and that can only be achieved by EXERCISE. I know i did a lot of tae bo to tighten up. Its actually pretty fun. Why dont you find a fun workout video that does core training?
