no, i dont think colostrum does much, and i wouldnt want my face all sticky anyway!!! yes, breast milk is good for acne. i would put it on and if its just a little bit, you can just leave it, it dries and disappears. if you use a good amount and so when it dries, you can see/feel it, leave it for a little bit (like when no ones home   ) and then wash it off later......

breast milk also helps when a baby was a clogged tear duct. that happened with my baby and I put breast milk and it helped him,,
