Layaway?

Has anyone ever used Layaway? I am thinking of using it for Christmas presents as it seems like I always wait until the last minute and never have money around Christmas...any experiences?

We did Kmart layaway last year. It was good except we waited too long. lol
I *think* with a holiday like Christmas you have to pick the items up earlier than usual, so it doesn't make layaway very effective it you wait too long.

I love love love Layaway...Kmart and Sears both have layaway..

layaway is great, but dont do online layaway cuz they charge you like $5 per item. just go to the store.

I didnt even know they did lay away any more. I remember like 2 xmas agos places like walmart tellin me they lose money so they werent doin it any more


EXCEPT for Kamart. I knew thay had it. I didn't know any one else..
