Neck/Arm pain?

For about 5 hours now I have been having major pain in my neck and arm it feels like a crick in my neck but it hurts in my arm too? its really weird, What could this be I took one Tylenol and it only helped for about 30 min.

slept on it wrong, strained it, muscles can hurt when you arent hydrated or fed or well rested.
