yea this is why im asking. I put yogurt on it and it helps a little then my husband said it was jock itch so i put lotrimin on it and it helped a little but neither were anything dramatic. would lotrimin clear it up if it is either yeast or jock itch?

Try Monistat or Vagisil. Ifit's yeast those will help. Putting yogurt on it is a good idea too, that's what my doctor suggested we try with DD.

Personally I prefer the Vit E/Acidophilus b/c they're natural remedies and don't have side effects. If your LO is bottle fed, you can also give them acidophilus orally mixed in the bottle and it'll help regulate their intestines and prevent future rashes.
