Miscarriage.
The word itself makes you feel like you've done something wrong. Like you weren't capable of carrying the baby.
Spontaneous abortion doesn't sound any better, either.

Yeah, the word abortion is harsh too. You abort a mission, not a baby. :/ ( Don't get me wrong, I'm Pro - Choice, I'd just NEVER get one)

I always thought the same thing. You didn't MIScarry. Its sad. I think its better to just call it a loss.
