My 4 week old son can roll over from his tummy to his back!

posted 14th Oct '09
My son is 4 weeks old tomorrow, and last night I layed him on his tummy and then not even 20 seconds later he's on his back, so I was like no way! And so I put him on his tummy again and he did it again, and I tried it one last time and he it took him a little longer but he did it! I can't believe it because I thought that babies usually can't roll over for several months! When was your baby able to do this?
Also when he was only 4 days old, his pacifier fell out of his mouth and he used his hand and grabbed the pacifier and put it perfectly into his mouth. Is he special or what?

Haha my daughter didn't roll over until she was about 3 mths old. And that's when she started gaining control of her hands too.

My first son was 3-1/2 months when he first did it. Almost 4 when he did back to belly.

I don't have a single friend who's baby rolled over as early as mine.

I think the only one my son reached "early" was walking. He started at 10 months. He was sitting up at 5 months though and crawling at 6 months.

not sure since my son is only 3 months old. so the only thing is rolling over stomach to back at 1 week like i said. thats the earliest that i have heard. and not just me saw him. his daddy and his nana saw him. he did it more then one time and also different days. so it wasnt a fluke, it was awesome!
