Happy Angelversary Caden

And so yet another year has passed. I posted for him last year and I'd like to keep that tradition going.

It has been4 years since we lost our son, Caden. I cant believe how quickly time flies by. It still seems like yesterday. I can still remember every detail of his little body and of that horrific day. Time has certainly helped to ease my pain and I am finally getting to a better place abouthis passing.

He hastwo little sisters here with us now, butno one could evertake his place in our hearts. We love them all the same.

I love you Caden. I will never forget to remember you, baby. You made an impression on our hearts that will last forever.

Here is a poem that I like, and a few pictures of his urn. We were always kind of against cremation, but whenever this happened we knew that was what was best for us, so that we could keep him with us always.

When God calls little children
to dwell with Him above,
We mortals sometimes question
the wisdom of his love.
For no heartache compares with
the death of one small child,
Who does so much to make our world
seem wonderful and mild.
Perhaps God tires of calling
the aged to His fold,
So He picks a rosebud
before it can grow old.
God knows how much we need them
and so He takes but few,
To make the land of Heaven
more beautiful to view.
Believing this is difficult
still somehow we must try,
The saddest word mankind knows
will always be "goodbye".
So when a little child departs
we who are left behind,
Must realize God loves children,

I "miscarried" but I still birthed him, he was a beautiful little baby, perfectly formed. No real reason why, which is one of the hardest parts. I just went into labor way too early and it was too early for him to be able to survive.
