I want AF to get here!

I want AF to get here already so I can start using my Fertility Monitor! GRRR.

Also, how much Zinc should a man take when TTC? I just bought him One A Day Mens Health Formula, and Zinc (50mg). Is it okay for him to take the One A Day and the Zinc both?

i think she means helps the man. females shouldnt take men's vitamins

Is it okay to take the One A Day and the Zinc together when TTC though?   Cuz I have both. I know that Zinc is supposed to help. So is it okay to take both?

check the one a day to see if it has zinc. if so, just take the one a day. if not, go for it

It has Zinc..only 15mg though..
