24 week cramping. i need advice

i am 24 weeks today. i am having strong cramps mostly on the right side of my stomach and i also have pain in the uper tighs towards my hoohaa. it pretty much hurts to walk. i called my doc but no one has called back yet. is this something i can wait for them to call back or do i need to go to the emergency room?

If you think that you need to go I would go. Better safe than sorry.

I have the whooha pain too. It sucks but from what I've been told, there's nothing you can do for it but relax. Hope you feel better!
