wic?

i got a wic appointment today and they want my kids shot records..i have my babies but i cant find my 2 yrs shot records...do u think if i dnt take itthat it wnt affect anything and take it to them when i find it...i have it i jus miss placed it,,,

Take what you have. They might not even ask for it. They should be able to look it up themselves, if it's in the health department.

I would call your pedi and see if they can fax it.
Not sure why WIC is needing vax records, it's a Nutritional Program. Here in CT we never required it from clients.

your sons doctors office should be able to make a quick print of it too. but i really doubt they would make too big of a deal out of it. ive forgotten my sons before and they never said anything.

they will prbably just ask u to get it from ur pedi. and bring it to ur next appointment.

Tell theny ou dont have it. They will either give you another appointment date or you can have your pedi office fax it to the WIC office while your still there.

Call your 2yr olds dr, they can probably give you a copy of the records.

Thanks for reminding me. My daughter starts daycare on thursday! I just called ahead of time and they said I could pick them up today ortomorrow.

I called because I had the same issue they said it was no big deal.

i always forget my daughters .. they always just say bring it in next time .. or if it is a big deal you can get it from your pedi
