Last year my son was a ketchup packet =)

White pillow case
Red/black/green pain
slit at top and sides for head and arms

pain on everything on a ketchup packet.. ketchup bottle, ingrediets.. "tear here" lol he was sooo cute =)

HAHAHAHAHAHA that was too funny. The two snails look like little terds LMAO priceless.

The spider and lobster are cute but I'm pretty sure they're actual costumes... they don't even look cheap either.

Yeah I love the cherrios one ahahah, and yeah those are real I think , I guess they just added them because they are funny.

I modified this costume, it was just a clown costume. I built the box to make her a jack in the box lol

One year when we were broke when I was little I was a 'sunflower' my mom cut holes in a black trash bag for my head and arms, painted my face brown and made a headband with yellow and orange construction paper petals  

Another year I was a fairy and just wore a blue dress, fuzzy blue slippers(why?), and sheets cut to make wings :p

We were cheapies when it came to Halloween, this last year(my first year away from home) was the first year I've ever bought a Halloween costume, the rest were all home made thrown together

Awwww thats so cute! I actually like homemade better because you won't see like 40 kids wearing the same thing as you!

I made Addi and Kinley's Thing 1 and Thing 2 Costumes the year before last.
Then I made Addi's Bumble Bee costume, and Kinley was Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service for last year's Halloween.

ETA: I made my Hostess Cupcake costume last year!
