my diet..open to anyone

i want to
weigh from 120-135. i started my diet yesterday and weighed myself in at 145 today. im gonna post my progress every sunday   anyone can join in with me at any time. im not doing a real diet. just watch what i eat and exercise.

That is my goal weight too. I am 5'1. I weighed 207 when i went in to have my second son. Now i weigh 163 9 1/2 months later. but i want to lose about 30* more lbs.

i was 138 before i was pregnant and got up to 164 during my pregnancy. im 2 yrs pp so i think its time for me to drop those pounds

Um, I think you look great the way you are! I'd love to look like that  

agreed i feel huge compared to yu in those picks im five pds heavier and one inch taller but i dont look that good...i will post pick tomorrow ...maybe this motivation will get me up off my butt to lose the weight...before my 1st child i was 115 -120 before my second one i was 130-135 and went up to 18o something :-( i have lost some of the weight but would love to be 125 and like you said keep the curves...i want a butt gosh darn it

i always will have a butt. i think thats the part that will never leave me. ive never been smaller than a size 8/9. curves are a part of me so if i were to lose too much weight, i wouldnt look right. thanks. i look forward to seeing peoples pics and chatting about how we are progressing. just post a starting weight and your goal weight. then well check in on sundays or monday if you dont make it, and see the difference. i hope this helps people

I just wanted to let you know that I'm 5'1 also and 142lbs and I look nowhere near as good as you do...I'd die for a body like that right now...I'm just ALL jiggle everywhere.

thanks. its crazy how people can look the different but have the same stats. my weight is all in my thighs and butt. its always been there.
