Possible milk allergy?

So, I know you ladies aren't doctors... but before I shell out money for a doctor (currently without insurance) does these sound like a milk allergyThis is for my son, btw.
-Rash all over his back and legs
-runny nose
-mucus sounding cough
-constantly fussy
-diarrhea after drinking milk

I looked it up and didn't really get a clear answer. Cade is a little over 1 year old.

im allergic, but not bad...i know the only thing it does to me is i have a reeeeeeealllly painful ache in my belly

My daughter was lactose intolerant ....the diarrhea part is a symptom, fussy kinda like misreable after having anything with lactose in it, the rash possibly but runny nose and cough nope

How long have the symptoms been going on for? How long has your baby been getting milk?

He has been on whole milk since he was 11 months. Thediarrheastarted about a week after I started giving it to him. The rash seems to come and go depending on how much dairy he has.
He hasn't been to his year appointment yet, since I just moved... but, as soon as dshs gets their fingers out of their asses, I can take him.

Since it started soon after he began getting milk, then its very likely that he could be allergic. Poor guy!! Hope everything works our for ya'll!

I think I'll just get him an appointment and let them know I have dshs, just waiting for them to look over my app again since Cade turned 1. I'm sure they will take him.
