Rocking on all fours

How long did it take your LO to start crawling once they were on all fours all the time? Pearl is constantly wanting to be on the floor so she can get up on all fours and rock back and forth.

a day or so? But she "army crawled" first.

But Em never does anything slow, in less than 2 weeks she army crawled, regular crawled, sat up by herself, and learned how to pull up

Pearl won't be that fast! She's been doing the all fours thing for about a week I think!

3 weeks to crawl perfectly

Took my daughter a month or two.

She wasn't rocking to try to GO anywhere, though, she just liked bouncing like that!

ellas been doing it for 2 or 3 weeks. she still only scoots or army crawls.

Raegan is 9 months and still doing that.. She hasn't figured out how to move her legs.. but she does the army crawl thing.. maybe it'll be soon for us.

I think Pearl just likes it, too. She will do it while looking at a toy or something she wants to get to, but other times she just does it while smiling, haha. She army crawls, rolls, and scoots over in front of our glass doors on the TV stand and watches herself bouncing.

Haha, sounds like Nigella! I think she probably could have crawled sooner, she just didn't see the point! She was having plenty of fun as it was.

Mine never really "rocked" but once she figured out how to get on her hands and knees it took her like a 3 days to start functionally crawling, and she's only 4 months 

If I was you I would treat her as a crawling baby, bc she'll probably have it down any day now, and you don't want her to be somewhere or in reach or something that can hurt her

Oh of course. We're moving this weekend so it'll be easy to move and baby proof the new place from the very first day.

She actually army crawled first, tehn got up on all fours and started rocking.
