Two questions: carseats/speech therapy

I was wondering what kind of carseat to get after a convertible  or forward facing car sear. My son is 2 and about 36 pounds.

Also, I was wondering if anyone has a child in speech therapy. My son is going to be going once a week soon. How often do you go and does it help at all?

My little brother went to speech therapy, but he had to go during recess, it lasted about three times before he decided he wanted recess and started to say his rs the right way.

thanks!  The car seat  I have holds up to 80 pounds but the shoulder harness is as high as it can go already and he just turned 2 in july and is 36 pounds. The one you suggested seems like a good way to go.
