What is this?

Im on the mirena and started spotting today and i wiped there was like a tiny string of something white but it wasnt discharge it wasnt liquid it was like a little piece of i dont even know any idea ladies??

Well I THINK mucus plugs up your mirena hole preventing you from getting pregnant.

Its not the mirena. Thats all I can tell you.

This is the first time ive even spotted or anything since feb

I'm having the same problem... with cramps  

You do know you go thru a hormone release every 3 months. So when it does that, weird things always happen. Then it stops once your body adjust.

Yea ive had the mirena for over a year now

I've had it since April...

I normally dont cramp either just today and it sucks

For a second there I was like "am I preggo and miscarrying?" then I thought... "wait... wouldn't there be more blood?"
