how much water are you supposed to drink a day?

64 oz. I would get a 32 oz cup from a restaurant and then just refill it during the day. Its alot easier to drink the recommended amount than you would think.

My doctor told me to drink atleast one gatoraid cause you can become real dehydrated during pregnancy,

actually the whole drinking 8 glasses is just a study they conducted on guys in the army and how much they needed to keep going it's not valid at all. You're supposed to just drink as much as you think so you dont de hydrate.

Just as much as you need to keep your pee clear.

i've heard gatorade actually makes you more thirsty. it's very salty too.

I drank too much gatorade when I was pregnant, it made me swell up really bad. It's a lot of sodium. And you retain water as it is when you're pregnant. But it was a craving, and I couldn't help it
