im not a morning person at atll. and i have two kids who usually get up around 9am give and take when my 5 mth old son wakes up at night sometimes for a feeding. but i drag my butt out of the bed around 8am monday thru thrursday cook breakfast which i dont like breakfast its too early and then workout around 9:05 to 10 am before hubby goes to work. i sleep in on weekends. maybe till 11am my kida sometimes wake up late b/c they like to stay up late sometimes and be super hyper so there tired in some mornings too lol.
i keep a pic of me after i had my 2nd baby on fridge to keep me motivated and ive realized im a junkffood addict i cant keep it in the house so I buy other stuff like sugar free chcolate pudding, special k bars, skinny cow icecream, frozen yogurt, alot of fruit. you have to want it for yourself. i was 118 prebaby ang got up to 200 with 2nd baby. im now 5 mth pp and im 144 now. lost another 2 pds. so thats 56 pds sooo far. yeah i dont like to wait long for anything either by by a yrs time your waist will shrink and so will evrything else u have to stay strong. well gotta go take my butt to the gym before hubby goes to work. good luck hun
