I found that walking in the mall everyday is getting a little boring for me so I ordered an aerobic walking DVD from collegevideo.comby Leslie Sansone and the video alsohasboosters (aka jogging) spurtsduring the walking aerobic exercise (I can't wait to try it out)for those days I don't feel like going to the mall to walk (its winter most days its gonna be too cold to walk outside) and I decided to go to a different mall each day instead of doing the same mall day after day. I didn't do any walking from wednesday to sunday this week because i wanted to get some major housing cleaning done (whichcan be good exercise too because I have a ton of stairs in my house)and I didn't watch what I ate at all friday to sunday but Monday I was back on track and ready to see what the new week will bring me and so far so good the weather has been nice so I have actually been able to walk outside since yesterday, I love walking outside wayyyy better than walking inside. I had a virus on my computer last week and thats why I haven't responded to much messages on here. Recording food has been a pain in the butt on the fitday journal especially since I didn't have my computer for a week...so I just decided that I am gonna write down food in a note pad instead and still record my weight, measurements and exercise on fitday. Tomorrow I do my weekly weigh in and measurements but it will be for 2 weeks instead of 1 because i didn't get a chance to last week when my computer was done...sorry such a long message lol hope everyone is doing good
