Mothers of boys.....

Joey is 8 months old and always yanks on his hoo-hoo while I'm changing him. I try to stop him but he is a fast lil bugger.
I'm not sure if his owie is a result of that, maybe I didnt rinse him well enough after his bath but that seems unlikely or I dont know what else it could be.
When you pull the skin back it is a lil red and tender on one side.
What it actaully looks like is if I had let his skin stick and then yanked it back but thats not the case because I always pull it back and clean it.
It dosnt seem to bother him. I stopped using wipes until it heals and have been using warm washclothes so my question is should I put neosporin on it?
I've also been maing sure its dry before I re-diaper him.

I'm all for neosporin or Eucerin ointment. I hate when this happens it looks painful! xo

Use Vaseline, it could just be irritated. My son had the same problem.

You're not suppose to pull it back. The skin may not fully retract until they are around 3 yrs old.

Idk about all that but when Drews peepee was irritated I put A&D on it and it got better really fast. I'd say that or vasoline. Neosporin isn't supposed to be used down there.
