its been so hard for me to loose the last 10 pounds. I'd love to have lbuddies who want to loose weight with me and encourage me and i encourage them to shed the pounds.I think it would make it fun and helpful! anyone up for it?

im 6'2, so my "lowest" weight is at around 165 ish...if i lose anymore, ill look anorexic..

Well...

A have 15lbs to go. Most of me has slimmed down but I have love handles now and a pooch. I used to be a really healthy eating and I let that go during pregnancy, it has been so hard for me to get back to my healthy ways. But I am trying. I'm going to try and order salad or veggie dishes if I go out to eat. Skip the mashed potatos with my meal, pass on the gravy, all the things I haven't been doing. Its been hard for me to find time to workout though, all I really get to do is go for walks with Laila in her stroller but at least thats something.

it is always the last 10 lbs...I am there too..

It took me 7 years to lose thoselast10 pounds. They are seriously stubborn. We had hubs get the V back in Nov and after that- MY weight dropped. It's like my body knew were done and voila! Score for me right? LOL
