Im on a roll today.
I only had a bagel for breakfast. (or maybe lunch) lol

and im going to work out soon. I feel good. Still fat and bloated tho.

all this fucking work from 193 down to 187.......and now im frikkin back at 191???

this is pissing me off!!!!

i got acai berry and colodetox...........im wondering if thats whats making me gain it back, cuz after i started taking it, i havent lost anything anymore..

Yep, well i gain anywhere from 1-5 ive gained 5 pounds before during AF and always go right back after shes done. LOL

Im doing really really good. I don'thave a scale so haven't weighed myself but ive been working out everynight and changed my diet. I feel 10 million times smaller.

i havent noticed much yet i went from about 194 to 186 now..
not sure how many lbs for a size to go down..
im in a size 16, but i dont think i fit in a 14 yet..

nothing new over here... trying to be good but those chocolate cover macadamia nuts were screaming at me yesterday   no sugar added... is that better then sugar added? haha!
