Weight gain!

Ok... so I was about 130 - had a m/c and gained about 10 lbs in binge eating.
So since I've gotten pregnant I've gained just about 25 lbs. I've gained more weight than I would normally would as I was a strict vegetarian and now currently eat meat.

Any suggestions as to how to get my weight under control?!

While pregnant you shouldn't focus on losing weight, but being fit  
Just eat right and exercise and don't watch the scale. Save that for after your LO gets here.

I know it's hard, believe me. Seeing my gain of almost 45 lbs was hard!

You are so right... I'm just having such a hard time watching that scale go up... I think I just need to be more active.

Ask your doctor about what exercise you can do, especially if you haven't been active throughout your pregnancy. Try to eat healthy snacks too

i have gained 65 pounds all on the belly just watch what u eat and how much exercise u do

I've gained about 53 lbs all in the belly, watch what you eat and exercise, but i have gestational diabieties so now i deff have to watch what i eat and i have to exercise alot.
