Walmart Money Order Help?

So I have a walmart money order.
I have no idea how to fill it out since I never used a walmart money order before...and I never really read the others I've used so I'm not sure what to do.



I know Pay to the Order of: goes to whoever you are paying

then there is a line of purchaser, signer for drawer....do I sign that or is that for the person you are paying?


then there is and address line: is that for me or for who it is going to?

Your signature. Your address.

I feel so dumb.
I should know this but it's totally different from the ones I get at the post office.
Post Office ones have a section for the purchaser and one for the buyer. This one is just confusing...

On the back it says Restrictions on Use:The person selling this money order cannout use it to pay personal obligations.....does this mean I can't use it to pay my rent because I have to mail my rent and I usually do it by money order...wth

You didn't sell the money order. Walmart sold it to you.
