Help....need advice

What would you do if you started to work for a lady in her in home daycare and 9 days 40+ hours worked she has not paid you or the other person????? She just had a kidney transplant and I was simply helping her out. She originally told me that she would pay me $100 a week for hours like 1-3 or 3:30 so that averages out to more than $6.50 and hour less than minimum wage. Well she ended up hiring 2 of us and I worked a total of 41.5 hours over 9 days. At first she was "UNABLE" to make it to the bank yet she is out running errands and eating at Red Lobster, Olive Garden at night. Come to find out the other girl took less than she was promised but is still owed for this week and last week.

So I let her know that I need my money for the days/hours worked by 10am tomorrow and I will expect NO less than $250 . That is less than I was promised. She calls and says well I paid the other less and blah blah blah....WHAT WOULD YOU DO?????? I was doing this out of pure bordeom and making a bit of pocket change so no written documents were drawn up. YET, I paid to do 2 background checks and a TB test.

Any Ideas I am going over there at 10 in the morning but most likely will end up going to Social Services to report her.
