Baby acne or eczema??

The past few days my LO has had what appears to be little pimples on her face in some spots then up by her one eyebrow its more dry looking n flaky if she rubs her face. Any ideas if its acne or eczema (sp?) Its only on her face, no where else on her body and gets red when she cries or rubs it? Any idea what could help this???

my LO has it i used aveno baby lotion it works great

My son has severe eczema and that doesnt really sound like it. If it has a head to it then it is probably just a normal rash or bites.

Oh, and your LO might also have Cradle cap, Moira had it all the way down to her eye brows. If it's flakey put some mineral or baby oil on it and wibe it off. Is it in your LO's hair too?

nope not in her hair, just her face.... by the pics it looks like she has both eczema and acne!!!
