Dell tech computer smart moms Help

I have been on hold with Dell since 1:00 pm and it's now 3:43 but anyways....
I have a XPS 1330 and it will not boot up my login in screen or anything.. I have did a diagnostic test and got the results.. Someone please give me an idea of what's wrong or how to fix my laptop.....Please I beg of you.

i'm no help... but i hate calling Dell............. tooo slow!!!!! i got an inspiron 1721...... and sometimes it can be fulla problems

I swear this experience is making me never want another fucking dell. I customized my entire computer and it costed almost $2000 and it's not even 2 years old and having major problems...I am about to scream....Not to mention our desktop has a fucking virus and I need a computer to do school work w/o it crashing
